At Bpact, we believe giving everyone a voice is very important. More than 85,000 panel members like you share their opinions on social issues, helping to bridge the gap between citizens and policymakers. We have completely redesigned the panel environment to make the experience even more enjoyable for our panel members.
Familiar features with an improved user experience
The basic features of the panel environment are staying the same. Panel members can manage your personal details, track your points balance and see which panels you are participating in or can participate in. However, the way in which this is done has been completely revamped: the interface is clearer, more logical and feels more like a modern app.
With this redesign, we are investing in the user experience of our panel members. Our belief is that anyone who voices their opinion on important social issues deserves a clear, accessible and user-friendly environment.
What can you do in the panel environment?
You can still do the same things in the new design. Panel members can:
- Manage your personal information: Update your details if your situation changes (e.g. new job or family situation).
- Change your account settings: Change your password or email address with ease.
- Check your points balance: Find out how many points you have collected.
- Manage my panels: Find out which panels you are active in and which new panels might be of interest.
- Find help and information
Strengthening our mission, both locally and nationally
With this update, we are strengthening our operations:
- A voice for everyone: we are making participation as accessible and user-friendly as possible.
- Quality and inclusivity: a smooth experience ensures better participation and more reliable insights, including from voices that are otherwise difficult to hear.
- Bpact Local: cities and municipalities can now add their own logo and a personalised background to their citizen panel. Handy and recognisable.
